"PRINT journalism is alive and kicking," said Private Eye editor Ian Hislop at an event celebrating the best of London's print and broadcast media.
Hislop was named Journalist of the Year at the London Press Club Awards. In his acceptance speech he said that the satirical magazine's record circulation – currently at its highest in the publication's 55-year history – was proof that 'print journalism is not dead'.
